USING THE STORE

These terms apply to purchases from and use of https://summitbeleap.com. Summit Beleap is the store name used throughout these terms.

By placing an order, a customer agrees to these terms and the policies referenced here. The customer must be legally able to enter the transaction or have the necessary permission from a parent or legal guardian.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CHOOSING AN ITEM

Review the product’s listed dimensions, materials, finish, storage layout, included components, and assembly requirements before ordering. Furniture photographs may include room accessories that are not supplied; the listing’s included-items information identifies what is sold.

Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of a finish. This does not excuse supplying a different material, configuration, or product from the one ordered. For lift-top furniture, allow the operating clearance stated on the product page and follow the supplied assembly and use instructions.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Provide an accurate email address, delivery address, and billing information at checkout. The order-confirmation email records the items and information submitted. Orders are subject to product availability.

If Summit Beleap cannot fulfill an order because of an availability problem, a material listing error, or another genuine fulfillment issue, the customer will be contacted and offered an appropriate resolution. If the order is canceled, payment received for the canceled items will be refunded. Products will not be materially substituted without customer consent.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The checkout total is presented before an order is submitted. 

Prices may change for future orders. A later price change does not alter the agreed price of an existing order.

RESPONSIBLE USE

Use the website for lawful browsing and purchases. Do not attempt to interfere with checkout or security, access another customer’s account, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website to distribute harmful material. Summit Beleap may restrict access connected to misuse and will handle any affected paid order fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

RESPONSIBILITY AND CUSTOMER RIGHTS

Summit Beleap remains responsible for obligations that apply to the transaction. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, removes a customer’s mandatory rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods, or prevents a lawful complaint or claim.

Customers should follow the product’s instructions and avoid use outside its stated purpose. Damage caused by misuse is considered separately from a manufacturing defect or an item that does not match its description.

APPLICABLE LAW AND UPDATES

Applicable law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available where the customer lives. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or require a waiver of rights that cannot legally be waived.
